I'd like to share a little about the oil paintings in this series and the emotions that propelled their creation. You know, life has this uncanny way of thrusting us into tumultuous waters, and I recently found myself navigating through my own whirlwind of changes. Turning 50, experiencing the bittersweet transition of the empty nest, tending to ailing parents, and embarking on a major move—each of these shifts brought forth a unique blend of apprehension and excitement. With brush in hand, I sought refuge within the canvas, pouring my soul onto its surface.

"Changing Tides" emerged as a testament to the ever-shifting nature of existence.
